I'm buying my first home and to me it's really important that I get it for the right price because I can't afford to overpay. Will is really great about not being pushy or pressuring me to put in offers on every property we see. He's showed me about six houses, plus I've looked at probably 20 online. And when I ask him about the prices, he's been very honest with me, showing me what houses nearby have sold for. Will used to be my lawyer and I really trust him, and I'm glad he's working as a Realtor now because you need a trustworthy person to help you buy a house. We own two investment properties and we've talked to Will about selling both of them and buying a more expensive home. Will has showed us quite a few houses in a number of neighborhoods. The prices right now are more than we're willing to pay, but Will has been very patient. He's set us up on an automatic feed so we see the new listings as soon as they hit the system and that way we're able to stay on top of the market. We're probably going to sell the investment properties soon, and we'll have Will list them for us because we're impressed with his marketing plan, and once the properties are sold we'll probably sit out of the market for awhile until prices flatten out. But whatever we do, we will hire Will to do it for us, and we have recommended him to several of our friends because we like his enthusiasm and we've known him for around ten years and trust him to do right by us. ✪✪✪✪✪
I've known Will for many years and I contacted him to find a multi-family property for me. Multi-family homes are hard to find in this area, especially nice ones, but Will found a couple and we toured them together. They were both in really rough shape so I didn't make an offer. But Will didn't give up, and a couple days later he called me because he'd gone out and knocked on doors, seeing if anyone was willing to sell. He found one multi-family that might be perfect, but the owner wants quite a bit more than I want to pay, so for now my search is on hold.
